
Remove the stock panels from the Witch Doctor V3.Paint the purple section of the rear wheels green while you have the chance.Note: You want the wheel and pin separated from the connector piece for later.Pry out the rear wheels of the Witch Doctor V1 with a set of pliers.Note: Mark the motor that drove SawBlaze's arm with a Sharpie or something else that makes it stick out from the rest of the motors because this motor is being replaced later.Gently remove the entire circuit board and the electronics along with the power button.

Disassemble the SawBlaze arm and remove the motor.Store the harvested screws in a magnetic container.Note: The middle wedge of the Hexbug SawBlaze is attached to this top section, so if you leave that in, you can use that as a grabbing point to remove the top.Undo the bottom screws and carefully pull out the top section.If you accidentally make the slots too large, the axle will fall out of alignment and completely screw over your drive train.
